Some units have antique murphy beds which fold down from inside closets. The basement also has an area for coined laundry and snack machines. The area is a prime location and is zoned business district. You have Fairmont University, Harrison County Senior Center, library, Harrison County Court House and Dominion Gas all within 1-2 blocks. The lot adjacent behind buildings is for sale by Century 21 and is listed at 1.5 million. I have numerous other single family homes in the area and I would consider managing them for the purchaser as well. When minor work is complete these should produce $10,500 per month excluding any vending. Taxes and insurance a year are around $7,000. These properties are nice and have much potential. Please only bid if you are serious as we need not to waste anyone's time. I will consider owner financing for those who need some time to do the work and get them cash flowing for their lender.
